To be able to work with Schedule 1 and other offenders requires a unique set of skills. In particular, it requires the ability to remain impartial and non-judgemental.

Depending on the nature of their offence, some offenders may be difficult to house. It is often preferable that they make a clean break from the loop that they were in before, to be re-housed somewhere where they can live independently instead.

London Care Solutions works with the Police Liaison Unit to house such offenders appropriately and to ensure that they are able to follow a programme of therapy provided by trained professionals who may be able to help them break the offending cycle.
