By completing the programme a young person can qualify for the Youth Achievement Award, this is a nationally recognised qualification that will help in day to day life. It is very popular in pre-employment programmes.
The awards have three levels:
The Bronze Award encourages young people to take part in peer group activities. They need to complete four 15-hour challenges.
The Silver Award comprises six 15-hour challenges and encourages young people help to organise their own activities.
The Gold Award focuses on planning, organising and leadership activities. The young people are required to complete seven 15-hour challenges and make a presentation.
