Getting started - what happens?

During their induction week the young person will be encouraged to take charge of their own development by selecting their own challenges from the available modules.

During induction week they will cover the following:

• Meeting the tutors
• Ground rules/code of conduct
• Health and safety
• Disciplinary procedure
• Skills assessment
• Agree challenges/set targets
