 London Care Solutions specialises in providing support to the social services with packages that are tailored to the individual requirements of each young person. We can offer accommodation or outreach services or any combination of both.
Accommodation for all purposes
We maintain a range of accommodation in a variety of locations. Our ‘independence units’ are principally used for our structured semi-independence programme which is geared towards helping adolescents make the transition from ‘child in care’ to ‘independent adult’. We also maintain separate properties that can be used at a moment’s notice for purposes such as meeting bail requirements or simply for calming down situations which threaten to escalate into violence.
Outreach support
Our highly-trained and experienced team of care workers can offer life skills coaching or outreach support which is tailored specifically for individual adolescents. We can provide outreach support to young people living in care, in foster homes, in council homes, with their parents or in our own accommodation. The following pages will tell you more about our:
